Pipeline minimum menjaga generated clients, types, lint, dan build tetap sinkron.

install --frozen-lockfile
-> db:generate
-> type-check
-> lint
-> test
-> build
-> deploy preview/production
-> health + CORS smoke checks

Pisahkan environment preview dan production. Jangan mencetak environment values ke log. Setelah deploy, cek /healthz, /api, preflight CORS, satu public route, dan satu protected route dengan fixture token. Dokumentasi endpoint harus diubah bersamaan dengan route change dalam pull request yang sama.
